ELITE COBOT WELDING PACKAGE

Address the shortage of qualified welders with Elite Robots’ collaborative welding solution.
This Cobot Welding Package uses the Elite CS620 Robot with 1800mm reach, Elites own welding software, a 1200x2400mm nitride coated welding bench and is integrated with your own choice of welder. Onsite deployment and training is 1 day with a lead time of 2 weeks for delivery from order placement.

The welding bench can be configured as one large welding cell or two 1200x1200mm welding cells to increase production speed. 

This modular system cuts labour costs and boosts weld quality across metal fabrication, automotive and other industries. It’s easy to integrate, scales as your production grows and is ready to make sparks in your workshop

We can also supply this welding package with a 500amp Kemppi pulse MIG.
