Our Why

Robot Solutions QLD was founded in early 2025 with a simple belief — automation shouldn’t be out of reach for Australians.

After working overseas and seeing robots and automation systems being used everywhere, it was clear how far behind Australia had fallen. Back home, every project seemed like a one-off — custom, expensive and with little to no support once the machines arrived. We saw an opportunity to change that.

Our mission is to make world-class robotics accessible, supported, and sustainable — built for the unique needs of Australian industries. We’re here for the people who want to help themselves; the businesses that see potential and just need the right partner to make it happen.

We believe in trying new things, in finding clever solutions when the textbook answer doesn’t exist — because everything is hackable. And we know that speed beats perfect — progress today is worth more than perfection tomorrow.

At our core, we want to help Australian businesses work smarter, not harder — improving productivity, removing the mundane, and creating jobs that people are proud of again. Because when we win, our customers win, and our communities win too.

Our vision for the next decade is a network of workshops and retail spaces across Queensland — places where anyone can walk in, find answers, see the technology firsthand, and get the local support they need to build new ideas or automate existing systems. A team on the road, travelling the countryside, helping people and their businesses thrive.
