Service and Support Terms
Robot Solutions Pty Ltd provides practical robotics support, including product selection, site assessment, installation, commissioning, operator training, servicing and spare parts where suitable.
Before installation
We may ask for site photos, floor plans, floor area, operating hours, access details, power/network requirements and current workflow before confirming a recommendation or installed quote.
After installation
Support can include operator guidance, troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, spare parts and escalation to suppliers when required. Response times depend on location, parts availability and the support arrangement agreed for the equipment.
