Welcome to Robot Solutions Pty Ltd ("Robot Solutions", "we", "us" or "our").

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, online store and all related content, products, services, features and tools (collectively, the "Services"). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the eCommerce platform that enables us to offer our products and services.

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced within them, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, outline your rights and responsibilities when accessing or using our Services.

Please read these Terms carefully before using our Services. They contain important information regarding your legal rights, warranties, liability and the conditions that apply to purchases made through our website.

By accessing our website, browsing our online store, creating an account, or purchasing products or services from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, pricing, images and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date. However, product images are provided for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product supplied due to manufacturing updates, optional accessories, software revisions, screen settings or photographic representation.

Many of the products we supply are manufactured by third-party manufacturers. Product specifications, dimensions, colours, capacities, software features and technical information are subject to change without notice by the manufacturer. While we endeavour to keep our website current, we do not guarantee that all information is free from errors or omissions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, images may include optional accessories, attachments or equipment that are not included with the advertised product.

Many products sold by Robot Solutions are intended for commercial or industrial applications and may require installation, commissioning, programming, integration or operator training before use. Unless specifically stated in writing, these services are not included in the purchase price and may be quoted separately.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or withdraw any product or service at any time without notice and may limit the quantity of products available for purchase by any customer, region or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products or services from Robot Solutions Pty Ltd.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Robot Solutions. An order is not considered accepted until payment has been received (where applicable) and we have confirmed acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend any order at our sole discretion, including where a product is unavailable, pricing or product information is incorrect, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. Where practical, we will notify you using the contact details provided with your order.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, cancellation may not be possible, particularly for products that have been specially ordered, custom manufactured or sourced specifically for you.

Your purchase is subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, products purchased from Robot Solutions are supplied for the purchaser's own business or personal use and must not be purchased for unauthorised resale, export or distribution.

Where products are sourced specifically from a manufacturer or supplier at the customer's request, those products may not be cancelled or returned except where required under Australian Consumer Law.


SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and, unless otherwise stated, include Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Freight, installation, commissioning, programming, training and other professional services are not included in the advertised price unless expressly stated.

Prices, promotions and product availability are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your purchase is the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted.

Many of our products are sourced from Australian distributors and international manufacturers. In the event of significant supplier price increases, exchange rate fluctuations or pricing errors prior to acceptance of your order, we reserve the right to amend or cancel your order and provide you with the option of accepting the revised price or receiving a full refund.

Freight charges are calculated based on the product, destination and shipping method. Additional freight charges may apply for oversized, heavy, dangerous goods or remote-area deliveries. Any additional charges will be communicated before your order is finalised where reasonably practicable.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, payment and account information for all purchases. You authorise us to process payment using your nominated payment method and warrant that you are authorised to use that payment method.

You are responsible for all applicable shipping charges, duties, import charges and taxes associated with your purchase where applicable.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery timeframes provided by Robot Solutions are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we make every effort to dispatch orders promptly, we are not responsible for delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, freight carriers, customs, weather events, industrial action or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery or collection, as applicable. Ownership of the goods remains with Robot Solutions until payment has been received in full.

Customers are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive deliveries where required and for inspecting goods upon arrival. Any freight damage, shortages or incorrect items should be reported to us as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content available through our website and Services, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, videos, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, CAD models, technical drawings, software, documentation, downloadable resources and website design, is owned by or licensed to Robot Solutions Pty Ltd and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our website for the purpose of obtaining information about our products and services or purchasing products from us. Except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, reverse engineer, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any content contained on our website.

Nothing contained within these Terms grants you any ownership or licence rights in any intellectual property belonging to Robot Solutions, Shopify or any third party except as expressly stated.

"Robot Solutions", our logos, branding, product names, designs and slogans are trademarks or registered trademarks of Robot Solutions Pty Ltd or their respective owners and may not be used without our prior written permission.

All third-party trademarks, product names and logos appearing on our website remain the property of their respective owners and are used solely for identification and compatibility purposes where applicable.

Robot Solutions is not liable for any loss, damage or claim arising from your use of, or reliance on, any third-party website, product or service.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Our online store is powered by Shopify, which provides the eCommerce platform that enables us to offer products and services through our website.

All products and services purchased through this website are sold directly by Robot Solutions Pty Ltd and not by Shopify.

By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of your purchase from Robot Solutions, including product quality, warranties, delivery, installation, support or any loss or damage arising from your transaction with us.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities or damages arising from purchases or transactions made with Robot Solutions through this website.


SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is important to us.

Any personal information collected through our website or Services is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service and is available on our website.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. As a result, Shopify may collect, process and store certain personal information necessary to operate the website, process payments, fulfil orders and improve its services. This information may be processed or stored in countries outside Australia.

By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy and that your personal information may be collected, used and disclosed as described in that policy.

Where an order is cancelled due to an error, any payment received will be refunded in full.

Nothing in this section grants permission for automated access where such access would otherwise be prohibited by these Terms or applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or where continued access may adversely affect Robot Solutions, our customers or our business.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robot Solutions Pty Ltd, its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, suppliers and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of production, loss of opportunity or loss of data arising from:

  • the use of, or inability to use, our website or Services;
  • the purchase, installation or operation of products supplied by Robot Solutions;
  • delays in delivery or product availability;
  • reliance on information provided through our website; or
  • any third-party products, software or services.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Robot Solutions may assign, transfer or subcontract its rights and obligations under these Terms without notice where reasonably required for the operation or sale of the business.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the Commonwealth of Australia in relation to any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Services.

Headings are provided for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time to reflect changes to our business, website, products, services or applicable laws.
