Robot Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for an ambitious school leaver to join the business in 2027. This is not a narrow, sit-in-the-corner junior job. It is for someone curious, practical and hungry to learn how a real robotics and automation business works.
The right person will get hands-on exposure across robotics, engineering, sales, marketing, customer support and business development, with mentoring and support for study where it makes sense.

Interviews and paid trials: November/December 2026.

What you could be involved in
- Learning about cleaning robots, cobots, agricultural robots and industrial automation.
- Helping prepare robots, parts, demonstrations and customer follow-ups.
- Supporting marketing, website updates, product research and simple content creation.
- Assisting with sales enquiries, demos, customer notes and business development.
- Building a broad understanding of how a small technical business grows.
Timing
Interviews and potential paid work trials are expected to happen in November and December 2026, with the role starting in 2027.
Paid work trials
Short paid work trials may be offered before any long-term role is confirmed. These trials are intended to help both sides see whether the fit is right, and to make sure the person is paid properly for their time.
Study and development
Robot Solutions is open to supporting study, traineeship or apprenticeship options if they suit the person and the business. The goal is to build capability, not just fill a seat.
